Indirect Access (IDA)

Indirect Access enables customers a competitive alternative outbound call medium to BT. By dialling the intended recipient’s number preceded by a prescribed access code your call will be automatically connected via the Premium O network.

The principal reason for doing this is to benefit from substantially better call rates to mobile and international destinations.

A major plus point of the Premium O platform is that it is completely up to you how and when you use it.
If you wanted to prefix ad hoc, mobile, international or all calls (CPS) then we can setup rules accordingly.


Carrier Pre Selection (CPS)

Carrier Pre-Selection (CPS) is the service which allows customers to pre-select an alternative carrier(s) to deliver certain categories of calls without having to dial a prefix or install any special equipment at their premises and to be billed directly by that carrier.

There are currently four service offerings of CPS, which are available:

  • ALL CALLS
  • NATIONAL
  • INTERNATIONAL
  • NATIONAL & INTERNATIONAL
