Meet The Team:

Sales Director Lee Campion brings a wealth of experience to Premium O having been within the telecoms industry for over twenty years. Originally involved in telephone systems, datacoms, video conferencing and full outsourced telephony solutions, Lee was later instrumental in the initial discovery and execution of premium rate services.
In 2001, following the subsequent success of then employers ‘Kingston Communications’ and their instalment as market leaders within the Premium Rate Sector, Lee was headhunted by BT.
As ‘Sales Director’ and a founding member of ‘BT Agilemedia’, the company created to capitalise upon the booming participation media market, Lee was again cited as being pivotal in rapid revenue growth experienced. BT Agilemedia quickly expanded from a traditional service provider business to numerous lucrative TV shows such as X Factor, GMTV and Strictly Come Dancing.
In 2009, Lee joined forces with David Breith, CEO of O-Bit Telecom to launch Premium O.

Dave Breith is CEO of Premium O, the company he founded in partnership with Lee Campion in 2009.
Dave brings a solid base of telecom experience to Premium O having successfully launched O-Bit telecom in 2002. Offering a full range of telecoms products and services as an alternative to BT, under Dave O-Bit has experienced phenomenal growth and appears in the Deloitte fast 50.
An entrepreneur at heart, Dave has been building successful businesses throughout his career and has ambitious plans for the growth of Premium O.
Despite the pressures of developing a thriving business, Dave still finds time to spend with his wife and four children.

Jenny Herd worked alongside David Breith at O-Bit since the business was formed in 2002. Jenny’s background is operational with roles including Service Delivery Manager, Customer Service Director and most recently Managing Director. Jenny played a key role in O-Bits phenomenal growth and was pivotal in crafting the organisations culture and identity.
In 2011, testament to Jenny’s importance and solid business acumen, CEO David Breith identified Jenny as a key element required to accomplish Premium O’s aim of establishing itself as a forerunner within the interactive communications industry. Jenny’s key responsibilities include ensuring the overall operational running of the business and to guide the business into the future with planned growth ensuring that all stated objectives, aims and targets are met and lead to the overall company goal.
When not fulfilling her multiple responsibilities at work, Jenny likes to relax with friends and go to the gym.

Finance Director Neil Dumoulin brings vast financial experience to Premium O having acquired domestic and international FD experience at senior level for companies ranging from Italian power giant ENEL to two years as the Financial & Operational Controller for the internet based software solution KDS where he set up and managed a centralised finance, legal and operational function based in the UK, servicing all the subsidiaries of the group spanning 9 countries, 5 companies and four time zones.
In his spare time, Neil enjoys watching rugby, breaks with his wife and taking long walks with his dog.

Operations Director Owen Marks brings an abundance of telecoms experience and knowledge having progressed through telecom based O-Bit in a number of capacities over the last 6 years. Initially employed as a customer advisor, Owen soon progressed to Customer Services Manager.
However it quickly became evident Owens real calling laid elsewhere and as such following a spell within the repairs team, Owen further progressed to become the Training Manager.
In recognition of his vast experience and achievements, a testament to his determination, Owen was the obvious choice for the Premium O Operations Director.
In his own time Owen enjoys football and golf.
